History & Undo
History lists the runs started on this device for the signed-in account: lists, Starter Packs, follows, unfollows, blocks, mutes, removals, reply settings, and deletes. Sign in to see it; runs are kept on this device for the account that started them.
What History shows
Section titled “What History shows”- A summary at the top: how many runs, records written, records skipped, runs paused, and runs undone.
- In progress: runs that are queued, writing, or paused. With more than one paused run, choose Resume all paused.
- Runs by day, newest first, under Today, Yesterday, and then the date. Filter them by tool and by status: Queued, Writing, Done, Done with some skipped, Paused, Stopped, or Undone.
- Run details: choose a run to see what it did. On a wide screen the details sit beside the list, with the newest run open; on a smaller screen they open over it.
What you can do with a run
Section titled “What you can do with a run”From a run’s menu you can:
- Resume a paused run.
- Undo it.
- Export it as JSON.
- Remove it from History.
What Undo reverses
Section titled “What Undo reverses”- Undoing a run that created a list, Starter Pack, list entries, follows, or blocks deletes the records it wrote, plus any list, pack, or block list subscription it created. Nothing else on your account is touched.
- Undoing an unfollow run or a clean up follows the accounts or adds the list entries back. They carry the date of the undo, not the original date.
- Undoing a Reply Settings run puts back the settings each post had before, exactly as they were.
- Undoing a deleted list recreates it with the same name, description, and members, at a new address. Links to the old list stop working.
What Undo cannot reverse
Section titled “What Undo cannot reverse”- Bulk Delete runs have no Undo. A deleted post cannot be brought back as it was, so keep the export Bulk Delete downloads before it starts.
- List edits are not runs. Edits to a list’s name, description, or avatar in My Lists do not appear in History.
Removing a run
Section titled “Removing a run”Removing a run from History does not change anything on Bluesky, but BskyKit can then no longer undo, resume, or export it.
History lives on this device
Section titled “History lives on this device”History is stored in your browser. Another browser or device starts empty. If BskyKit is open in another tab that holds the history database open, History says so; close the other tab and reload. See Data on Your Device.
